Another risky match for tomorrow. Na’Vi had some disappointing results at the CEVO Lan, and they actually lost both matches they played against Titan and Mouseports. They should have done better than that. They’ve only played one match since they’ve gotten home, and that was a 2-0 win over Penta.
Fnatic have only played one match since ESL One Cluj-Napoca, and that was against Mouz on Overpass. They lost 9-16, but this was mostly by having Vuggo as a stand-in. Mouseports were also playing insanely well.
Dust2 is a great map for Na’Vi, and most of their matches are wins on this map. At the Cevo LAN their only map win was against Titan on Dust2. At Dreamhack they easily took down NiP 16-6, and scraped a win off of Luminosity 16-14. Historically for Na’Vi they’ve always done great on Dust2, and maybe they can win again against Fnatic. Fnatic on the other hand don’t necessarily like to play Dust2 a lot, and their only recent win on it was against Cloud9.
One last thing that favors Na’Vi is how the map works. It is great for awpers with its long wide lanes, and Guardian should be having a field day. Guardian has also been pretty much carrying Na’Vi recently, and it he shows up against Fnatic he could give them a lot of trouble. Right now the odds suggest a low bet on Na’Vi, as long as they don’t get too high. Good luck!
My odds for this match: Na’Vi 45:55 Fnatic
