From what I’ve seen in the past, Benelux teams do not work well in CSGO. Back when Orbit took one under its wing, they have produced very few wins compared to all the losses that they seem to incur. There aren’t really any good players on there either – or definitely not any of the ‘good’ and well known ones. Some good pickups could be mikeS, CRUCIAL or even kajsk1ng. There aren’t any notable players from Belgium that are currently free agents from the top of my head though.
This lineup has participated in two QuickShot Arena editions, #16 and #15 – of which they failed to make it far in, in both of them. Out of the 8 matches they have played, they have only won 3. Two wins against eSuba (both BO1’s) and one win against the English FM-Esports.
AliGon is sporting an all Swedish lineup and is looking pretty damn promising. 1.6 pros and current CSGO pros. Oh yeah, do keep in mind this lineup is slightly different from when we last saw them, with slap and Samzter not playing. Replacing them will be KAB0M and the much anticipated ‘Spitfire’.
Despite AliGon losing the last two matches (to BX3 and E-frag), they are still a talented bunch and they can wipe away anyone inferior to them.
Final thoughts and advice
I’ll be skipping this one to be honest. It is a BO1 in one of those ‘online weekly leagues’ which we are seeing a lot. And I also think the odds will end up very skewed toward AliGon even though I think they’ll win.
Excited to see Spitfire play too. He played for Team Acer back in May and he was a very talented player and a strong fragger. Will be keeping my eyes on him and hoping the best for him 🙂
My odds for this match: LLL 20:80 AliGon
