Wednesday Esports Tournaments Preview: ESEA, Douyo, DOTA Summit & More

It’s Wednesday and we’re already halfway through the week. Hang in there as we present to you all esports matches happening today, which you can both enjoy and bet on. Today, the minor offline DotA 2 tournament, DOTA 2 Summit 8 will continue its group stages in Los Angeles. Also, for you first-person-shooter fans, we haven’t left you behind as the ESEA Brazil Open is headed to the semifinals stage.

DotA 2 tournaments today

The highlight tournament today is the DotA 2 Summit 8 held Los Angeles. It will be an offline single-elimination tournament with a $300,000 and 300 Pro Circuit Points reward pool. Even though some consider it as a minor event, the teams are ready to give their all for the hefty cash prize and the qualifying points.

Today features two games from Group A and Group B. All the first teams will open the tournament and fight for their first win. The first game puts Team Kinguin vs compLexity Gaming head to head and the final game of the day, Virtus.Pro vs Sacred.

To close the Wednesday games, the Starladder Pro Series Season 21 will have its quarterfinal stage games. The fourth bracket and the first game will have Whites vs The Brestomans playing against each other while and the second game puts Team Raaz vs 5FRAGS.ORG face to face. After the quarterfinals, you can continue your stream to catch the semis stage.

Furthermore, there are also various CS:GO matches for you to catch this week. Here are some of the highlight events that will get first-person shooter fans excited.

CS:GO tournaments today

ESEA Season 26: Open Division – Brazil goes on its final semifinals match as the last spot in Finals round of the tournament is for the taking. It will be Isurus Gaming vs Furia Esports going head-to-head in a best-of-three matchup.
