Natus Vincere Drops LebronDota For A Newcomer - Tipify

Esports News – Premiere Ukrainian team Natus Vincere has been claiming spots and titles for the past few months with its solid player combination but recently, the team was forced to withdraw from participating in ESL One Birmingham due to roster changes involving Nikola “LeBronDota” Popović and Russian player Fedor “velheor” Rusikhin.

Despite having 1199 points and being ranked 10 in the Dota Pro Circuit Ranking, the team risked a player and changed their lineup three months before The International for future improvements on Dota 2 tournaments. The official Twitter account of Natus Vincere posted last Monday, May 14 the statement: “We are introducing the changes to dota 2 roster. Please, welcome our new support Fedor “velheor” Rusikhin! A massive shout-out to @LeBronDoTa for being a part of us and GL&HF further!”

According to Igor “caff” Sydorenko, Natus Vincere’s Dota 2 Team Manager, they have unanimously decided to replace LebronDota and withdraw from the Birmingham event due to visa issues. Their new team is actually gathering for a short bootcamp in Kyiv and China in preparation for the Supermajor and other major events. Regardless, critics and fans claim that the move has cost them any chances of winning The International Season 8.
