Esports News – Riot Games just released full patch 9.15 notes to solve several technical issues and improve the gaming environment of competing teams at League of Legends championship series. Unfortunately, the developer missed some bugs, champions, and items for the Teamfight Tactics.

To make up for the shortcomings of the previous update, League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics will now run with Patch 9.15B. Here are the main changes in the current metagame:

Blitzcrank, Elise, Karthus, Kayle, Pyke, Rengar, Twisted Fate, and Veigar all received buffs and n erfs. The biggest champion balance changes were granted to Karthus and Kayle.

Blitzcrank – Bugfixes for Blitzcrank’s abilities. Allies can now prioritize his targets,

Elise – Increased Attack Damage, from 40 to 45; Increased Spiderling Attack Damage, from 40 to 50

Karthus – Decreased Ability Damage from 400/700/1000 to 350/600/850; Decreased
Ability Targets, from 5/9/13 to 5/7/9

Kayle – New Mana required to activate an ability, from 100 to 125

Pyke – Decreased Stun Duration, from 2/2.5/3 to 1.5/2/2.5

Rengar – New Ability Attack Speed Bonus, from 0.4/0.7/1.0 to 0.3/0.5/0.7

The balance changes for in-game items are much more intense to match the abilities of the champions using them.

Guinsoo’s Rageblade – Increased Attack Speed per stack, from 4% to 5%

Morellonomicon – Decreased Burn Damage, from 25% to 20%
Phantom Dancer – The item’s holder can now dodge critical strikes

Runaan’s Hurricane – Increased Bonus Damage, from 25% to 75%

Statikk Shiv – Can inflict more damage to 1-3 targets

Sword of the Divine – More chances to activate the item, from 5% to 7%

Riot Games fixed the same bug players have been complaining about since Teamfight Tactics was launched. Players from regions outside North America always have a hard time entering the game because of the delayed loading time. With 9.15B on the picture, players can now enter the game in real-time after the first carousel round.
