Riot Developers To Test The ‘Eternals’ With LoL Champions

Esports News – Riot Games has new surprises for League of Legends players this week. The new look for the upcoming achievement-based system, “Eternals”, is finally out. And it looks like there are additional features to the initial mechanics revealed last month.
The Eternals ranking system was announced by the developer in mid-August. It will give players a chance to level up and use their skills with specific champions. But there’s more to the system than what meets the eye. To test the Eternals before its official launch, Riot asks players to complete a set of tasks with their preferred champions.
“One of our changes to the feature is to build sets of 3 Eternals that are unique to each champion, capturing things directly related to their specific abilities or gameplay patterns, and not include common stats like Kills, Damage Dealt, etc…What we’d like to do now is list our proposals for each champion for the first set so you can give us feedback on what you like or don’t like, as well as make suggestions for ideas for things we should track in the future,” said Riot Games Lead Designer Justin ‘Xenogenic’ Hanson.
So far, we have The Warden, The Protector, The Empress, The Guide, The Warrior, and The Trickster as the first set of Eternals for every achievement. These Eternals give players points and rewards for damaging and deceiving enemies.
Riot already listed the complete list of Eternals for every LoL’s champion. The developer ensured that the assigned Eternal matches the champion’s ability and playstyle. For the complete list, Riot uploaded a Google Drive link that contains all the details—from A-Z. But for your reference, here’s a preview of what you can expect from the first three champions in LoL.
